Role Overview:
The AI Business Solutions Global Customer Success team is seeking a seasoned delivery professional to spearhead our growth initiatives for the Asia region.
* Develop in-depth expertise on the AI Business solutions portfolio and its strategic implications for customer priorities and objectives.
* Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate swift adoption and deployment of key programs and initiatives.
* Effectively communicate strategy and insights to senior business leaders, driving influence for broader execution at scale.
* Model 'best team' culture, leading work with optimism, clarity, and empathy, while maintaining accountability for driving results and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Synthesize understanding and findings quickly to determine best practices and/or adjustments needed. Collaborate closely with other teams to develop scalable solutions that take into account local conditions impacting efficacy. Communicate changes clearly to stakeholders and field teams. Deliver learnings, recommendations, and implications to senior executives to facilitate ongoing feedback loops.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science) and 8+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, economics, or partner organization roles OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field and 2+ years of marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience (e.g., scaling a business, management consulting). Prior experience as a Business Architect, Product Marketing, or Customer-facing role at Microsoft is desirable.
