We're a busy Industrial café located in the heart of the Yatala Enterprise Area, proudly serving early breakfast and lunch to the hardworking local industry community. We're looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time All-Rounder to join our team and help keep the front and back of house running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
Reliable & Punctual: You'll need to start at around 4:30 AM, and finish around 3PM
Efficient Multitasker:Proven ability to handle multiple streams of work simultaneously without compromising on quality or speed.
Team-Oriented Professional: Recognized for fostering a supportive work environment through clear communication and a consistent willingness to assist team members with complex tasks.
Proven Leadership & Operational Continuity: Demonstrated ability to step into supervisory roles and oversee team performance during management absences. Deeply committed to upholding premium service standards and driving peak operational efficiency.
Attention to Detail: Especially in customer service, cleanliness, and food handling.
Key Duties:
Customer service and cashier operation
Barista skills and coffee making
Cleaning and general café upkeep
Simple food prep and kitchen assistance
