About the Role
Design Coordinator required for Industrial Builder projects across Sydney's Western region. This is a great opportunity to join a renowned Tier 2 builder with a strong presence across Commercial and Industrial projects.
As Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for producing construction design documents for various industrial D&C projects across Sydney.
* Produce concept drawings and site sketches in a timely manner.
* Liaise and coordinate with the project design/construction team, external consultants, and site personnel.
* Prepare required documents for council approval as part of obtaining construction certificates (DA, CC, CDC).
* Deliver different design stages, including marketing, design drafting, and more.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' local experience in a similar role working in construction, Drafter, Design Coordinator, Approvals coordinator, or similar.
* Proficient in the use of Revit software.
* Experience lodging CC and CDC applications.
* Prior experience working for a head contractor that delivers new build construction projects is highly desirable.
