Sales consultant Needed

**Your new role**
You'll be part of our sales team, reporting to the Sales Director. Your key focus will be to provide an exceptional customer experience for clients throughout their exciting journey of purchasing a new home. Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with prospective customers at our display centre.
- Qualifying customers based on their budget, design preferences, and lifestyle requirements.
- Guiding customers through the sales and design process.
- Quickly connecting with clients and demonstrating an understanding of their needs.
- Managing a pipeline of prospective purchasers at various stages and providing ongoing value.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and answering questions to support informed decisions.
- Becoming a genuine sales star—we'll provide the necessary training regardless of your current industry.
**What you'll need to succeed**
An outgoing, confident personality that makes people want to engage with you. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong problem-solving skills—can you think outside the square to achieve an outcome? Be highly ambitious in wanting to achieve results. Most importantly, a passion for working with and helping people. Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends.
