Business Development and Placemaking Manager
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development and Placemaking Manager to play a pivotal role in bringing our property destination brand to life through strategic marketing initiatives, community engagement, and innovative placemaking activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our property destination brand and developing strategic placemaking initiatives across our portfolio.
About the Role
The Business Development and Placemaking Manager will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing B2B marketing strategies to promote and capitalize on our extensive landbank.
* Creating and implementing strategic placemaking frameworks to support our Property Brand Vision and Masterplan.
* Managing end-to-end delivery of B2B marketing campaigns, events, and community development initiatives.
* Collaborating with Marketing, Digital, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand execution across all channels.
* Developing and managing community and industry sponsorship programs.
* Creating and implementing stakeholder engagement programs with builders and industry partners.
* Managing property marketing budgets and campaign performance reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing, placemaking, or community development with a relevant tertiary qualification. They will maintain constructive working relationships with multiple stakeholders and have demonstrated experience in brand management and creating lead-generating campaigns.
