This role will appeal to individuals who are passionate about mental health and wellbeing, and have the skills and experience to make a meaningful impact. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service, while also driving forward strategic initiatives that support the needs of our consumers and community.
Key requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Psychology, relevant professional registration, and at least 5 years of experience in mental health management. You must also have a current driver's licence, be willing to travel, and hold a Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check. In addition, you will need to meet the requirements for a Right to Work in Australia and have a satisfactory National Police Records Check.
