About The Role

Working closely with clinicians and leaders across multiple facilities, you will help strengthen patient outcomes while experiencing the benefits of regional living—strong community connection, varied work, and the chance to have a visible impact.
Working with us
* Isolation bonus: AUD$3,695 for 1 year; AUD$11,085 for 2 years; AUD$7,390 for year 3 and each subsequent year (pro rata for part time employees).
* Return airfares per annum: 2 for full time employees (inc. spouse/dependents); 1 for part time employees to nearest east coast provincial city in conjunction with recreation leave.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.
* Tax savings through salary sacrificing options are also available.
* 2 weeks p.a. travel as required and enrolment and conference costs for approved courses and conferences.
* Staff accommodation (if eligible) or private rental subsidy of AUD$82.50 per week for up to 17 months.
Requirements
* Relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
* C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
* Pre-employment screening including criminal history checks.
* Evidence of vaccination or immunity to Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis (VPD risk role).
* A period of probation may apply.
