We are seeking an exceptional veterinarian to lead our Emergency & Critical Care department. This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of emergency veterinary medicine, mentor junior clinicians, and set new benchmarks in patient care.

Main Responsibilities:

* Deliver best-practice emergency care while mentoring interns, ECC veterinarians, and students.
* Shape departmental strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, efficiency, and service excellence.
* Create systems that promote high clinical standards, exceptional student outcomes, and team engagement.
Key Requirements:
* A registered veterinarian in Victoria.
* Memberships in Emergency & Critical Care (MANZCVS) are preferred but not essential.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
* A passion for education and mentoring, experience teaching students or junior clinicians is highly valued.
