Our client is a industry leading large multinational FMCG Industry leader, they’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Analyst to partner with the Sales and Marketing team. This role is key in driving strategic initiatives, financial performance, partnering with Senior stakeholders and executives, and supporting long term growth journey. Hybrid role with WFH flexibility Drive Revenue Growth Pricing, Promotional Effectiveness and Strategic Initiatives Responsibilities: Effective Finance business partnering, building close relationship to Divisional Operations Leaders and local Finance teams to add value and insight Involved in pricing strategics, promotional effectiveness, margin improvement P&L Management: Monitor Profit & Loss performance, offering insights for improvement. Developing Revenue Forecasts- Creating models and forecasts to predict future revenue performance based on historical data and market analysis Help to drive collaboration efforts between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations, facilitating improved communication and collaboration, driving revenue growth initiatives Work with cross functional team to analyse pricing structures and competitor pricing to recommend optimal pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability Qualifications: FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing experience will be high regarded 4-6 years commercial experience. Experience in pricing, promotional and trade spend analysis Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communications skills to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams. Interested?
