About the Job
There is an exciting opportunity with the Information Management Team for a Information Management (Records) Officer. This position is responsible for the day-to-day records management activities ensuring Council records are kept in
accordance with business and legislative requirements and to assist in the provision of a comprehensive
and professional organisation-wide records management program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Responsible for daily records activities in line with legislative and business requirements
* Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and security of Council records.
* Provide timely retrieval and delivery of information to staff.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 76 hours per fortnight.
About you
In order to succeed and thrive in this position, you must have:
* Working experience with an electronic document and records management systems
(EDRMS), particularly TRIM/Content Manager.
* Proven ability to apply attention to detail and complete tasks to a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to exercise initiative and good judgement and the ability to handle confidential and
sensitive matters appropriately
Benefits
Salary: $70, $72,715.00 per annum dependant on relevant skills and qualifications
Permanent staff are entitled to:
* 5 weeks annual leave per year
* The option of one Rostered Day Off (RDO) every 4 weeks in exchange for working 40 hours per week.
