**Job description**:
Multiple permanent opportunities for customer focused applicants to join our client in their contact center service team based, located in the Southeastern Suburbs of Melbourne. This organization has established an exceptional reputation delivering quality service

You will be a flexible to work across a 6-day rotating roster between the hours of 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday. You will be available to work 38 hours per week.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play an integral role by providing excellent service support to customers and assisting them with their enquiries. Motivated and positive, you will have demonstrated experience working in a busy and high-volume customer service role and be capable of providing outstanding service to customers.

**Your responsibilities will incorporate**:

- Providing exceptional customer service to all consumers
- Creating a simple and brilliant customer experience, offering solutions that best meet the customers' needs; you're not afraid to get in and do some troubleshooting on basic technical issues.
- Effectively resolving customer complaints minimising customer escalations
- Building strong relationships and confidently coach customers through technical issues

**To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities**:

- Exceptional customer service experience - Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service
- Previous experience in a technical or service call centre is highly advantageous
- The ability to build customer relationships quickly
- Excellent listening skills along with a friendly personality, team player and a genuine desire to help people; and
- Agility in using multiple software platforms simultaneously
