We are looking for a dynamic Business Development & Customer Marketing Manager to join our team in Sydney and help shape the future of our business in Australia.
What you'll do:
* Develop and execute joint business plans with distributor partners and key customers, ensuring alignment with organizational and regional strategies
* Lead customer marketing initiatives, delivering effective tradelevel programs that drive revenue, gross profit, and market share
* Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal positioning, pricing, promotion, and product availability
* Oversee distributor relationships, acting as the main driver of joint business performance and ensuring operational excellence
* Monitor and deliver against defined KPIs including sales growth, speed to shelf, inventory management, and retail execution standards
* Provide training and development for distributor sales teams and direct reports, ensuring succession planning and talent growth
* Coordinate supply chain operations to deliver the right stock, at the right time, at the right price, while maintaining product freshness and quality
* Communicate market priorities and progress to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring visibility and accountability
What We're Looking For:
* Strong background in sales and marketing, ideally within FMCG
* Proven ability to manage distributor relationships and deliver joint business plans
* Highlevel understanding of finance, operations, and supply chain management
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* 10+ years of experience in business development or customer marketing roles
