About The Role
The City of Coffs Harbour is embarking on an exciting new phase, rebuilding a high-performing Development Engineering team dedicated to servicing key stakeholders and delivering quality development outcomes. As a pivotal conduit between the City and the development industry, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading a team of dedicated engineers, building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring the City's standards and expectations for development are maintained. This role will see you lead the team to provide outstanding customer service, with a strong focus on supporting stakeholders and facilitating quality developments through expert engineering advice relating to development applications and subdivision certification works.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and have demonstrated significant experience in team management and development engineering related matters. As you will be working with various internal and external stakeholders, strong interpersonal skills will be essential for your success in this role.
