**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop, design, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites.
* Collaborate with offshore developers to build in-house apps for staff and clients.
* Take over ongoing maintenance and updates of the app once delivered by the offshore team.
* Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting within the organisation.
* Work closely with the marketing team to optimise online presence and digital engagement.
* Ensure system security, performance, and data integrity across all platforms.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Proven Full Stack Developer skilled in both frontend and backend work.
* Proficient in WordPress, TypeScript, and ASP.NET.
* Experience with MySQL databases and AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
* Strong skills in API integration, Git, and general IT support.
