Key Responsibilities:
* Batching & Plant Operations:
o Operate the batch plant to produce high-quality concrete products
o Assist with material handling using a front-end loader (training provided if required)
o Monitor product quality and help manage raw materials
o Perform basic maintenance and contribute to plant housekeeping and safety
* Driving & Delivery:
o Safely operate a concrete agitator truck to deliver concrete to customers
o Complete a structured 10-day training program covering agitator operation, slump testing, and safe delivery
o Deliver concrete to local construction sites with a strong customer service approach
o Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete pre-start checks daily
o Represent our company professionally at all times on the road and on-site
