Job Role Summary:
A High Volume Administration and Business Support Position
The role is responsible for supporting Planners and the Compensation Recovery Team to analyze Participants due to receive compensation as a result of injury or accident.
Key Responsibilities:
* Seek out information on Participants eligible for external compensation
* Liaise with stakeholders to understand compensation due
* Validate data and compensation information
* Collate information required to calculate the compensation reduction amounts
* Contribute to process improvement in the context of a new team
* Administration, data entry and reporting
Requirements:
This is a high volume administration and business support role which will require the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Professional communication with a range of internal and external stakeholders is paramount.
A background in compensation claims, insurance claims or legal claims is highly regarded.
Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be proactive in seeking solutions to problems.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
