Job Title: Geosystems Laboratory Manager
* Overall responsibility for the operational efficiency of the University's Geosystems Laboratory, ensuring a safe and productive environment that supports cutting-edge Earth Sciences research and teaching.
* Leadership in technical operations, development, and maintenance of specialized crustal deformation and fluid-flow modeling equipment.
* Collaboration with researchers and postgraduate students to contribute to the design and execution of complex physical modeling experiments.
* Synergy with academic staff, students, technical services teams, and industry collaborators.
The Geosystems Laboratory Manager will engage with various stakeholders, including academic staff, students, technical services teams, and industry partners. Key responsibilities include managing equipment procurement and maintenance, developing laboratory procedures, providing inductions and training, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and university policies.
