Your Responsibilities
* Complete admission paperwork and enter information into our systems
* Follow up on deferred admissions to keep patients on track
* Correct and update patient data as needed
* Liaise directly with patients, providing guidance and support
Key Skills And Qualities
* Experience in a paper light admissions process is highly desirable
* Availability on Mondays is essential; the rest of the week is negotiable (within business hours)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A friendly, patient-focused attitude and ability to work collaboratively
