End-to-End Supply Chain Transformation Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an End-to-End Supply Chain Transformation Specialist. This role will be responsible for guiding major customers through their journey to SAP Business Suite, leveraging proven strategy, expert delivery, and scalable impact.
The successful candidate will work on high-profile, strategic, and transformational initiatives within the DSC Practice. They will possess in-depth end-to-end process knowledge across SAP IBP and S/4HANA, as well as expertise in related interfaces and technology platforms.
This role will involve working with account teams to develop SAP-centric solution scenarios, designing architectures, preparing implementation plans, and defining outcomes that lead to customer success. The specialist will build actionable roadmaps, support business case creation, PoCs, provide architecture advice, and deliver implementation support where needed.
Key qualifications include 7+ years of professional experience as a senior SAP IBP consultant, expert knowledge in SAP IBP with 5+ full implementation life cycles, and proven project delivery experience with SAP IBP across modules like DP, S&OP, and Supply Planning.
Deliveries will include processes such as Demand Management, Inventory Management, Capacity Management, Strategic Sourcing, Tactical Planning, Plan execution in SAP PPDS, and all relevant master data and organisation structure.
Associate SAP Certification in the Core area and/or professional certification is advantageous, while APICS or Oliver Wight certification is a bonus.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, results-oriented, and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication skills, both technical and business focus.
They will also be able to present complex information clearly to customers in a well-documented and trustworthy manner.
