Job Description
The Clinical Operations Lead role involves providing strategic clinical leadership and oversight of daily care operations at the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead clinical staff in achieving exceptional resident outcomes
* Ensure compliance with clinical governance and accreditation requirements
* Build relationships with residents, families, and health professionals
* Promote continuous improvement in clinical practice and service delivery
* Support staff education and professional development
About You:
Must have current registration as a Registered Nurse and demonstrated experience as a Care Manager or Clinical Coordinator in aged care. Also, required are strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation, and compliance, proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, excellent communication, organisational, and documentation skills, and proficiency with aged care software.
