Role Description
As a key member of the product management team, you will be responsible for the business management of the Aftermarket product and its commercial success.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for researching, understanding and communicating needs of customers to the respective product and eventually the business; this includes working with the respective parties in identifying potential integration products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction, developing marketing strategies.

- Define the product strategy (pricing and profitability)
- Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market
- Plan and carry out product launches
- Support product profitability and commercial success - own the business case
- Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
- Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
- Ability to quickly build clear cut product requirements and technical documentations
- Support the sales team among others with customer queries, bids and projects
- Support all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Contribute to the management and report on budgets and schedules
About you
We value the breadth and depth of experience that our people bring to their work. We are seeking people with a good mix of technical competency and personal capability. Specifically, we are looking for people with:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering
- Certifications in business, scrum master or agile Project Management are highly desirable.
- 4+ years of experience in product management space consisting of hardware, firmware and/or software (cloud products preferable - digital products)
- 4+ years of experience across product delivery and associated support services.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial and business strategies
- Demonstrated experience in complex stakeholder management.
- Understanding of agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills
- High-level leadership and people management skills
