* Store Operations: Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.

* Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe workplace for team members and visitors, focusing on promoting wellbeing.
* Roster Management: Build and maintain the store roster, ensuring compliance and balancing customer and team needs.
