Customer Experience Manager
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer-focused professional to lead our store team.
This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours of work per week.
* You will create memorable connections with customers by leading by example.
* You will assist in the development and training of your team members to help achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
* You will be responsible for managing high stock volumes, including processing deliveries.
* You must be an effective communicator and able to delegate tasks efficiently.
* You should be self-motivated and able to multitask during quieter periods on the shop floor.
* You will collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
2. Mentor and train team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
3. Manage inventory levels and process deliveries efficiently.
4. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
5. Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives.
