Responsibilities 
- Sales Team Management: Lead the Sales Department and be an interface between other department employees and the Senior Leadership Team.
- Client Engagement: Handle direct client interactions with a focus on product optimisation and post-installation briefings.
- Customer Quotations: Complete accurate sales costings, variations, and margin checks
- Project Management: Manage projects from concept to completion within defined time frames.
- Problem Identification & Resolution: Acutely identify and document deviations, implementing immediate corrective actions.
- Site Assessment: Get out of the office and visit sites to undertake check measures and undertake pre-work activities.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess advanced skills in estimation and salesmanship with a background in the building industry preferred. Additional background in CAD design a bonus and will be highly regarded. Technical proficiency, high-level communication capabilities, and a rigorous approach to safety and quality are essential. 
Leadership qualities and experience in managing staff are essential.
