Financial Accountant Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Accountant to support the success of our business.
About the Opportunity
* The primary responsibility is to assist with financial requirements and accounting standards within the company.
* Responsibilities include accuracy, preparation, and delivery of accounting reports, as well as under guidance, responsibility for financial statements, tax assessments, cash flow forecasts, managerial reports, and disclosure statements that impact stakeholders requirements.
* Preparation of regular financial analysis and commentary, assisting team members with audit and general accounting procedures, preparing monthly management reports, variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, annual budgeting, journals, and accounting adjustments, and maintaining up-to-date and accurate records for portfolio properties and tenants.
Requirements
* The ideal candidate will have some prior experience supporting the ongoing success of activities associated with effective financial accounting.
* A professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
