We are searching for individuals with a genuine interest in our business and a passion for a job well done.About the role:Berdoll Sawmill is looking to fill a position to help with the day-to-day operation of the administrative office, marketing, social media, and sales online and in our retail front. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working closely with the General Manager, Sales Manager, and Woodshop Manager to assist customers and increase sales. The Sales and Marketing Associate will work primarily indoors and will be asked to physically assist customers with inventory selection. A successful candidate in this position has the potential for growth and the opportunity to be promoted within the company.
