Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team based in Naval Base on a full-time basis.

This role involves providing day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Site Service team under the direction of the WA Service Manager. Key responsibilities include:

1. Creating and maintaining shutdown calendars using client-supplied look ahead schedules;
2. Allocating and managing internal/external resources using client labour request information (LRS);
3. Opening and maintaining costings for Site Service projects in Pronto;
4. Organising and managing equipment hire according to shutdown scope requirements;
5. Consulting with client sites to resolve conflicting mobilisation/demobilisation dates to ensure adequate resourcing levels are maintained;
6. Liaising with client site contacts to resolve work scope and resourcing queries;
7. Maintaining Site Service personnel training and qualification data including online client portals;
8. Administering tooling replacement and equipment calibration/repairs processes;
9. Contributing WIP and accrual data in preparation for end of month reporting;
10. Coordinating and collating timesheets and payroll information;
11. Ordering uniforms and PPE for Site Service personnel and contractors as required;
12. Securing and booking applicable training and inductions for Site Service personnel and contractors;
13. Managing travel and accommodation for Site Service personnel.



Requirements

Applicants should possess:

* Computer literacy with knowledge of ERP software (Pronto preferred) as well as Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Project;
* At least 2 years + experience in mobilisation;
* Previous experience working in a busy hands-on environment;
* Proven ability to work unsupervised and show initiative;
* Proven ability to deal with pressure;
* Demonstrated "people" skills and the ability to converse well with stakeholders;
* Previous experience in a mining shutdown resourcing environment;
* Experience dealing with large mining companies and their ERP systems.
