Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team and drive business growth in the ANZ market unit.
This role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within a targeted list of strategic accounts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline, as well as closing deals using a consultative, value-based selling approach.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and enterprise software sales expertise. They will also be entrepreneurial, resilient, and able to work effectively within a matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sharpen sales execution skills continually
* Develop and implement the Go-To-Market Strategy for targeted industries
* Create and maintain Territory and Account Plans with deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps
* Manage the entire sales process: demand generation, understanding customer needs, managing RFI/RFP, building business cases, and closing deals
* Collaborate with partners to penetrate accounts, create joint sales strategies, and accelerate deal cycles
* Own annual sales targets and deliver quarterly results
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline, aiming for 4x pipeline coverage
* Coordinate with Sales leadership and global teams for collaboration
* Maintain CRM and account hygiene, along with sales reporting and forecasting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven enterprise software sales experience with a focus on the assigned regions and industries
* Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and resilience
* Knowledge of CRM systems, committed to data accuracy
* Willingness to follow and improve sales processes, including forecasting
* Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
* Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
* Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and build relationships
