The position will be predominantly based in Tottenham and Tullamore, with additional support in Trundle and Trangie as needed for cover and clinics. Hours per week: up to 40 hours per week or as rostered.
Applications Close: 16 November 2025, 11:59 pm.
What we can offer
Genuine support to provide world-class health care through dedicated practice management, a network of medical peers, safety processes and 24/7 telehealth support.
Flexible employment arrangements including fly-in/fly-out or relocation allowances.

Learning and development through NSW Health training programs, funding, peer networking and medical leadership support.
Opportunities to involve in training the next generation of rural generalists via links with universities and GP training.
Housing support (to be negotiated).
Grants for site visits and relocation; health workforce scholarships; training allowances.
Corporate wellbeing programs, including Fitness Passport.
Reimbursement for in-house training with My Health Learning and NSW Health RTO.
Where you'll be working
The 4T's model is supported by NSW Rural Doctors Network and Western NSW Primary Health Network, with collaboration across towns and services to address rural health care challenges. The network includes administrative, nursing and practice staff and a 4T's Medical Centre Manager, plus peer support across the 4T's Network.

To apply, address the following selection criteria:
Unconditional General and/or Specialist Registration with the Medical Board of Australia; fellowship with the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine, Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, or other relevant College is an advantage; must be vocationally registered as a General Practitioner or on a GP training pathway.
Minimum five (5) years postgraduate clinical experience with solid knowledge of primary care management and/or rural/remote clinical experience; experience in Primary Care and Residential Aged Care is advantageous.

Demonstrated alignment with NSW Health CORE values and Western NSW LHD values and strategies.
Strong communication, liaison and networking skills; ability to contribute as a valued network team member.
Current medical indemnity insurance and a current driver's license with willingness and ability to travel.
