Technical Support - IT Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide desk-side support to our clients in Sydney and remote assistance across ANZ.
Key Responsibilities
1. Install, configure, troubleshoot Windows & Mac devices, manage accounts, and track IT assets.
2. Assist with LAN/WAN troubleshooting, patching, and basic network admin tasks.
3. Support VoIP infrastructure, diagnose issues, and coordinate handset replacements.
4. Basic server troubleshooting, patching, and security compliance.
5. Provide first-level printer support and maintain video conferencing and smart board systems.
6. Follow security guidelines, standards, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in support roles.
* Strong skills in Windows & Mac support, troubleshooting, hardware/software setup.
* Understanding of networking (WAN/LAN), VoIP, and Active Directory.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently.
* Experience with O365, Microsoft Office, enterprise applications, and network printers.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Cisco networking, Linux, or UPS systems.
