We're looking for a hands‐on Marketing & Communications Manager to define, drive, and deliver the marketing strategy for Nash Advisory.

The Role
This is an office‐based position for a high‐performing self‐starter who enjoys working both strategically and tactically.
You'll collaborate directly with the leadership team to:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned to business goals
* Create and deliver content and campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engagement
* Write, edit and publish thought leadership, case studies, and social content that reflects our expertise and values
* Oversee the website, SEO, and digital channels, ensuring continual improvement and optimisation
* Monitor and interpret performance metrics, using data to guide decisions and refine activity
* Maintain brand integrity across all materials and channels
You'll manage the marketing function end‐to‐end, from planning and content development through to execution and analysis.
About You
You're a strategic, creative, and commercially minded professional who takes initiative and delivers results. You're comfortable managing competing priorities, working at pace, and maintaining high standards in everything you produce.
You bring:
* 3+ years' B2B marketing experience, specifically within professional services or finance
* Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
* Exceptional writing and communication skills - confident producing clear, polished content
* Demonstrated capability with LinkedIn, content marketing, and campaign execution
* A data‐driven approach - you analyse results, measure performance, and optimise accordingly
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* A collaborative, proactive attitude and strong professional presence
