Banking Consultant Opportunity

About the Role:
* Provide seamless customer experiences through transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and digital solution education.
* Be part of a collaborative team, acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver excellent customer experiences.
* Contribute to significant uplifts in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
* Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
* Take responsibility for 'knowing your customer' from a risk perspective.
* E nsure compliance with ANZ policies and procedures.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Exceptional customer focus, preferably in a retail environment.
* Experience with technology, including digital channels.
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
* Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
* Solid understanding of compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
