About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager.
Your role will be to support and grow every facet of the sales process and engage the team on our exciting journey.
As one of the largest BYD Dealerships in Australia, BYD Cannington are seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to support the leadership of our sales department.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving team performance, mentoring consultants, and ensuring sales targets and customer service standards are consistently met.
Support the Sales Manager in daily operations and team supervision
Assist in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs
Provide coaching, training, and motivation to the sales team
Ensure exceptional customer experiences from enquiry to delivery
Collaborate with the broader dealership team to streamline sales processes
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in automotive sales is required, with leadership exposure
Strong understanding of the sales process and customer journey
Ability to lead by example and inspire high performance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Current driver's licence
