Due to organic growth, they’re now on the lookout for a Loan Processor/Credit Analyst to support their high-performing brokers and elevate their own career in the process.

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who’s analytical, detail-oriented and ready to be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team. You’ll work closely with experienced brokers, preparing loan applications and managing end-to-end processing from assessment to submission. This is an opportunity to learn directly from the best and set yourself up for long-term success in broking.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and submit loan applications (ApplyOnline/CRM)
* Conduct detailed serviceability and loan product analysis
* Coordinate with clients, brokers, lenders and BDMs throughout the process
* Manage documentation and compliance with accuracy and efficiency
* Provide exceptional support to ensure client applications progress smoothly
* Proactively manage workflows to meet deadlines and service standards
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a Loan Processor, Credit Analyst or Parabroking role
* Strong understanding of loan products, serviceability, and lender policies
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Comfortable using CRM systems and lender platforms (ApplyOnline etc.)
* A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment
* Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (desirable but not essential)
