About the Role
We're seeking an passionate and dedicated Permanent Educator to join our Thomastown team within our Nursery room. This is a rewarding opportunity to nurture our youngest learners during the most important stage of their development. You'll join an established, supportive team, where you'll build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
This is a permanent opportunity across Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Support engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
* Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and educators
* Observe, document, and reflect on children's learning and development
* Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
About You
* ACECQA‐recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Prior experience in the Nursery space
* Passionate about children's learning, wellbeing, and development
* A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
* Committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement
* Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid certificates
