As a Speech Pathologist in our Child, Adult & Family Therapies (CAFT) team, you'll empower clients and families to reach their communication and development goals through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Based at our South Eastern site (with flexibility to work across other locations as needed). Working with children with moderate to complex needs in both clinic and community settings. A mix of individual, group-based and parent capacity building work as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary children and young people's therapy team.

About The Role

You'll provide assessment, therapy, and care planning to help clients achieve their goals, working in a family-centred, strengths-based approach. As a Grade 2, you'll also support early career clinicians and supervise students. Both roles involve collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for our diverse communities.

What You'll Bring
* A degree in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
* A passion for family-centred, strengths-based practice.
* Skills in assessment, care planning, and therapy delivery for clients with a range of communication needs.
* Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* A valid Working with Children Check, Police Check, and Driver's Licence.
