About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and engaging facilitator to join our team at Mount Gambier. As a Career Transition Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals who are 45 and over to build confidence and develop skills, ultimately guiding them back into work and helping them become more competitive in the local employment market.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver training and advice to diverse groups in an empathetic and motivating manner
* Experience delivering training to adults adapting methods to suit participant needs
* A strong knowledge of the local labour market and understanding of what drives success in the job-searching process
* Sound IT and administration skills
* Enthusiasm, commitment, flexibility, and positive attitude in working with participants to achieve employment outcomes
Requirements
* The ability to connect and engage with diverse groups
* Proven track record in achieving results, KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer service
* Sound information technology and administration skills
* Knowledge of the Employment Services industry (Desirable)
