Talent Acquisition Lead - Experienced in end-to-end International and Domestic Clinical Recruitment
We are Infinite Aged Care, launching a boutique 58-bed aged care home in the heart of Prahran. This newly created leadership role offers a warm, welcoming, community‑focused environment, with modern finishes and lush outlooks. The location is a tram stop front door, surrounded by local cafés and shops—ideal for residents and staff.
As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be an authentic, compassionate, value‑centric people leader who aligns with our philosophy and core values on resident quality of care, employee engagement and operational excellence. You will be solution‑focused and think innovatively to achieve the highest level of staff engagement, resident outcomes and satisfaction. Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and manage staff to deliver high‑quality care and operational excellence
* Allocate resources and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring high team engagement
* Develop and implement occupancy sales strategies, contributing to profitability
* Communicate effectively with staff, residents, families and stakeholders
* Assess complex situations, make decisions and implement solutions in high‑pressure environments
* Oversee quality management systems, risk management protocols, and continuous improvement practices
* Coordinate operations, staffing and services for new facility commissioning
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of aged care management experience
* Strong people and people management skills, with a passion for resident outcomes
* Commercial flair, budgeting and financial management acumen, with cost control capabilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with appreciation for a multicultural healthcare workforce
* Knowledge and experience in implementing and overseeing quality management systems
* Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management, Nursing, Aged Care, or Business Administration (NDIS compliance preferred)
* Proven experience leading a team, ensuring high‑quality care and effective operational management
* Knowledge of aged care standards, regulatory frameworks and compliance with the Aged Care Act
