BD/Sales Manager for AUS-NZ
Location: Adelaide, Australia
Reports to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and business development of NordiTube Products across Australia and New Zealand
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in municipal, water, energy, and infrastructure sectors;
* Identify and pursue new project opportunities, including technical promotion, proposal development, tender support, and contract negotiation;
* Collaborate with internal technical design teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and technical solutions;
* Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, providing regular market analysis and strategic input to management;
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars to enhance brand visibility;
* Track and follow up on customer payment collection in coordination with Finance team to ensure timely cash flow;
* Work closely with project execution and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Municipal Engineering, or related field;
* Minimum 3 years of sales or project management experience in infrastructure sector; experience with pipes or pipeline rehabilitation technologies is highly preferred;
* Strong technical understanding and commercial communication skills, capable of conducting independent technical presentations and solution discussions;
* Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills;
* Willingness to travel domestically and regionally as needed; Australian driver's license preferred;
* Must have valid Australian work visa or permanent residency.
