Senior HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our organization in a 12-month fixed term contract.
About the Role
* As a trusted advisor, you will partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives and support business objectives.
* You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational performance and employee engagement.
* Key responsibilities include providing expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Main Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering: You will partner with up to four senior leaders across diverse portfolios to deliver HR strategies that support business goals.
2. HR Strategy Development: You will develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive employee engagement.
3. Organizational Design: You will provide expert guidance on organizational design, including restructuring, change management, and talent management.
4. Talent Management: You will lead talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
5. Change Management: You will lead change management programs, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
6. Employee Relations: You will coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
7. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB): You will promote DEIB initiatives across the organization.
