You'll join our Sydney Engineering team—the crew that keeps all of SCA's broadcast operations running smoothly. We're a tight‐knit, high‐performing group who love solving problems and making sure everything sounds perfect for thousands of listeners.

A Day in the Life
* Keeping our studios and transmission gear humming—from newsrooms to on‐air studios and outside broadcasts.
* Solving tech challenges fast—diagnosing issues, managing escalations, and coordinating with third‐party contractors.
* Maintaining and upgrading systems—ensuring everything runs at peak performance and meets industry standards.
* Collaborating with the team—working with Engineering, Service Delivery, and national teams to deliver seamless service.
* Hands‐on projects—installing, repairing, and designing new facilities and tech solutions.
* Supporting live events—from sports to special broadcasts, you'll make sure everything sounds perfect.
Your work ensures thousands of listeners get the best audio experience every single day.
What You'll Need
* Experience working in IT, electronics/electrical engineering, or equivalent recent qualifications (desirable).
* Exposure working with digital audio platforms or related technologies (desirable).
* Introductory experience with programming languages.
* Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills – you're a team player.
* Excellent organisational and time‐management skills, plus the ability to handle multiple tasks/deadlines at the same time.
* Good problem‐solving skills and an understanding of Audio & Visual signal flow.
* Experience using audio‐visual equipment.
* A can‐do attitude and a thirst for knowledge.
