Reception and Screening Assistant
We are seeking a skilled Reception & Screening Assistant to deliver exceptional front-of-house service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in reception and administration, as well as strong communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage Visitor Check-ins: Ensure that all visitors are checked-in and recorded accurately and efficiently.
* Coordinate Screening Appointments: Schedule appointments for participants and ensure that they are aware of their appointment details.
* Provide Clinical Support: Provide support to clinical staff as needed, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, health sciences)
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a reception or administration role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
* Australian driver's license (if applicable)
