Human Resources Executive @ ThunderSoft | Global Technical Recruiting, Employee Engagement
Responsibilities:
* Drive business expansion in Australia market (IoT, AIoT, embedded software, automotive, smart devices).
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with OEMs, device makers, enterprises, and system integrators.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and propose go-to-market strategy.
* Build and maintain client/partner relationships; manage full sales cycle.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
* Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, R&D, delivery).
* Provide market feedback and support localization needs.
* Track KPIs, forecast revenue, and report progress to management.
* Support licensing, integration, and partnership agreements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business/Engineering/IT or related field.
* Strong understanding of OS, IoT, embedded systems, or ability to learn quickly.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and cross-time zone.
* Willing to travel within Australia/APAC when required.
