You'll work across a diverse portfolio of products and services, including CRM, Assisted Customer Channels, and data architecture, to enable seamless investor engagement and operational efficiency.
You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver market-leading solutions in retail broking. Our team focuses on data-driven architecture, CRM integration, and omnichannel customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architecting solutions that support business capabilities, such as trading platforms, CRM systems, and customer service channels.
* Designing CRM and Assisted Channel solutions to enable seamless customer journeys across digital, mobile, contact centre, and agent-assisted platforms.
* Driving the adoption of microservice architecture and modern integration patterns across our trading and client-facing platforms.
* Leading CRM strategy development and integration into enterprise architecture roadmaps, aligning with digital and omni-channel priorities.
* Implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to improve customer data integrity and enable accurate reporting and decision-making.
Requirements:
* Deep experience in solution architecture within financial services, especially in broking, CRM, or customer service platforms.
* Strong understanding of architectural principles and frameworks, ideally with industry certifications.
* Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modelling for financial transactions.
* Familiarity with event-driven architectures (e.g., Apache Kafka) and cloud-native services (Azure/AWS).
* Proven ability to operate in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
