Job Description
The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Key responsibilities include performing general administrative tasks such as stock control, ordering, banking, receipting, and dispatching of goods.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with pricing and product queries and processing counter sales. They will also be required to maintain safety processes and assist with merchandise campaign material.
In terms of store presentation, the individual will be expected to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment. This includes loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment.
* A passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise.
* Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships.
* A proactive approach to work and practical organization skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
