About The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and customer-focused Pool Sales Consultant to join a well-established Australian manufacturer in the outdoor leisure and lifestyle sector. Working with a high-quality product range, you'll be the go-to expert for families looking to transform their backyards with a pool that suits their lifestyle. Duties
* Conduct in-home or on-site consultations with prospective clients
* Present the product range and advise on pool selection, layout, system options, and permit considerations
* Develop and follow up on detailed quotes and contracts
* Collaborate with internal teams (construction, customer service, logistics) to ensure a seamless client experience
* Attend industry expos and promotional events to build brand presence and generate leads
* Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking
* Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and referrals
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in residential or lifestyle sales, ideally with premium or custom products
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a consultative approach
* High attention to detail, especially in quoting and contract documentation
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Confidence to work autonomously and manage your own pipeline
* Weekend and after-hours availability for client appointments
* Background in construction, landscaping, or the pool industry is advantageous but not essential
