What will you be doing
1. Oversee field technicians and subcontractors to ensure delivery of high-quality maintenance, call-out services and repair projects
2. Champion safety in the field and promote KONE Safety initiatives
3. Provide timely and effective information to customers
4. Source replacement parts and ensure efficient delivery to site
5. Monitor maintenance completions rates
6. Process timesheets
7. Ensure compliance to KONE policies and procedures
8. Ensure that customer focused communication skills are employed to provide effective consultation with Clients, Body Corporate Managers and Building Managers
9. Support with tendered repairs and service repairs quoting where required
10. Manage Material inventory control
11. Undertake housekeeping audits
12. Provide Monthly reports for customers
13. Quote and manage repairs/refurbishments/clean downs and requested projects
14. Manage daily shutdown report and invoicing
15. Manage defect lists supplied by customers
What are we looking for?
16. Previous experience in a fast paced coordinator / administration role highly desired
17. Supervisory experience highly desired
18. Customer focused
19. Current Driver’s license
20. Proven Success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams
21. Clear written and communication skills
22. Strong commitment to safety in the workplace
23. Service industry experience highly regarded
24. Ability to work in a team
