Job Overview
As the IT Service Support at Built you will provide hardware and software support that meets user and business needs. You will manage, monitor and track user‑related issues and resolve them. This is a great all‑rounder role where you will maintain all aspects of the Built IT environment.
Experience with onboarding and offboarding of new and old staff is a must have.

* Provide direct customer support via phone, e‑mail, instant messaging

* Prepare and put out new software to computers as required by sites/users
