The Educator role is a crucial component of our organization's success. As an expert in creating world-class customer service, you will be responsible for engaging and connecting with guests, sharing high-quality product education, and speaking authentically about our community and culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet guests in a manner that values their time
* Assess guest needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
You will provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product. This includes facilitating seamless end-to-end guest experiences by conducting accurate transactions according to company standards. You will also receive guest feedback, partner with store leadership to take appropriate action, and inform guests of local community programs.
