Salary: AUD 150,742– 171,215 Annual GrossPlease Note: - The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes

Roles and Responsibilities:Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Infrastructure Service Delivery covering Cloud, Hosting and Network capabilitiesStrong experience to configure and troubleshoot Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and 2022.Experience in Windows patching using SCCM and WSUS and should be able to troubleshoot windows update issues.Experience to configure and troubleshoot windows file servers/DFS Namespaces.Should be able to migrate file servers from older operating systems to newer operating systems.Hands-on experience in configuring windows DHCP server scopes/fail-overs and managing windows DNS servers.Should have experience in managing large windows Infra in both Physical and Virtual platforms.Should be familiar with firmware upgrades using management controllers like Dell iDRAC, HPE ILO, HPE OneView.Expert Knowledge on Microsoft troubleshooting skills and tools. Including OS Hardening and Vulnerability assessment.Experience with hypervisor and compute virtualization technologies (VMware, Vxrail, VSphere, vCenter, vCloud, VMware View, vRealize, vSAN, NSX, Microsoft Hyper-V)Expertise experience on VMware vSphere upgrade, P2V V2V Migration and Server Migration along with PowerShell scripting.Design & Implementation of Disaster Recovery Solution with VMware SRM.Strong Troubleshooting skills on ESXi servers using Command Line.Expertise experience on Server platforms: Cisco Unified Computing Systems, HP, Dell, IBM server infrastructure.Expertise on solving Performance issues and worked in resolving Major outages.Expertise in performance analysis and tuningCreating Clusters for High Availability (HA) and Distributive Resource Scheduling (DRS)Configured Resource Pool, V Motion, Alerts, Alarms, NTPPerforming Snapshots, Cloning, Cold Migrations and Hot MigrationsCreating Templates from VMs, deploy VMs from templates and allocate resourcesKnowledge of AD group policies and expertise to troubleshoot AD replication issues.Design, implementation, and maintenance of the Active Directory infrastructure.Configuring and Administering Active Directory, DHCP, DNS management, TCP/IP, GPO.Azure AD, DNS, DC, ADC, OU, GP, DHCP management.Secure remote administration of the DCs and member servers managed by the Infrastructure Group.Manage group policy at root of domain and for Domain Controllers OU.Manage the root Users and the root Computers OUsPlan and manage all migrations and upgrades related to the AD or the DCsGroup Policy Object (GPO) creation, troubleshooting, and managementThe Domain Administrators group manages the replication of directory information within the Active Directory, and makes any enterprise level changes to the Active Directory, such as schema modifications and trust relationships.Additionally, administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting Active Directory-related.Directory authentication and LDAP configuration issues, DNS/DHCP issues.Ensuring adherence to Cyber Security Policy, security standards/procedures/guidelines in all daily activities and providing Tier 3 support for the Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, web Single Sign-on (SSO), OAuth, certificate based authentication and PKI infrastructure related and Azure AD authentication technologies.Expert Knowledge on Microsoft troubleshooting skills and tools. Including OS Hardening and Vulnerability assessment.Experience in managing large scale programs upwards of 100+ people in global delivery modelDelivery accountability and leadership to the overall CIS Portfolio. Expected to be liaison with customer Senior leadership including CXO levelsStrong background of ITIL Framework with effective RCA skills across Infra Portfolio.Co-ordinate with client on overall portfolio projects performance, metrics & to manage customer relationship with strong communication skillsReviews: Conduct program reviews with relevant stakeholders to identify / manage issues & risks and ensure smooth delivery provide delivery governance and resolve escalated project issues affecting the program.Review the program scope as created by multiple Project/Account Managers against the client acceptance criteria at the program levelExperience in managing multi-vendor engagement and, 3rd party [external] and multi-teams [internal] and ability to understand the dynamics and protecting the interests of all concerned partiesEnsuring compliance with Cybersec policies, standards, and regulations.Implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems.Planning processes and procedures for overall delivery governance.Understanding Managed Service Contract, understanding, planning deliverables and overall execution.SLA, KPI deliverables progress check, artefacts collection and control.Resource utilization and alignment as per program delivery guidelines.Lead the team, develop and report to internal reports to Infosys account team (on-time)Resource management – Leave management, Roster, Utilization, Attrition, evaluation, replacement, growth etc.Onboarding & Offboarding resources, Hiring, Pipeline management.Rewards and recognitionTeam development, training, learning, certifications.Resource cross skill initiatives.Service quality, improvements, automation.
Essential:
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related disciplineWindows Certification will be preferred.
